Hello everyone!

Last week I posted about the few books that the bookish community doesn’t like very much that I happen to really like… but this week I am bringing you all the books people love that I mildly dislike. Hate is a strong word, and I really have nothing over these books, I just didn’t find the same joy in reading them as others did.

This book was not good, to say the least. There was no plot, the main character was incredibly dull, and I can’t even remember what happened in the book because it was just not happening for me. I’m sorry if you liked this series, but I couldn’t get into it.

 

Shiver by Maggie Stiefvater

This is another book I really did not like. It’s mainly because the main male character is so whiny and a little pathetic. He is way too dependent on the main girl, and it gets really annoying. I liked the wolves and the idea of the story, but the main guy just makes me so unwilling to finish the series.

The Giver by Lois Lowry

Honestly, I have no idea what the entire series is about, but I finished the first book and almost finished the second. The first one was alright, it was a little boring at times, but the second was far too slow.

 

Queen of Shadows by Sarah J. Maas

I love every S.J. Maas book, but for some reason this book was one I struggled with. I have a problem with slow books, and this one was a little too slow for me. I still loved it, but I liked it a lot less than the other books of the series.
