I stumbled upon this tag through Dreamland Book Blog, and I thought it would be a fun thing try out! I love doing book tags, so really an tag looks like a fun one to me.

First book in your collection/Last book you bought.
I would say the first book I actually added to my collection, and that was a contributing factor to my reading obsession, was Twilight, and the newest book I bought is all of the books from my BookOutlet Haul, so Nevernight, And I Darken, Scythe, Truthwitch, and Roar.
A cheap book/An expensive book.
I bough the Coldest Girl in Coldtown in the holy grail that is the Books-A-Million bargain book section for $2.97, and I bought a hardcover of King’s Cage for $20 when it first came out.
A book with a male protagonist/One with a female protagonist.
The Novice is the most recent book I have read with a singularly male protagonist because most books have a boy but also a girl, and I am currently reading Flame in the Mist where Mariko is our protagonist.
A book you read fast/One that took you long to read.
I read the Outsiders in one day, which is the only time I have ever marathoned a book. One that took me an especially long time to read is probably most of the books I read tbh lol. I am usually so slow at reading.
Pretty cover/Ugly cover.
And I Darken is gorgeous, but The Book Thief is… hideous. I’m sorry, but just look at it…
A national book/An international book.
The Percy Jackson series takes place in New York City, and Clockwork Angel is set in England. It was so hard to find two fantasy books that I have read that take place fully in real-world places.
A thin book/A thick book.
An Enchantment of Ravens is SUPER thin, it’s like 300 pages, but Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows is a beast at 759 pages.
Fiction book/Non-fiction book.
All I read is fiction… so I’ll just choose Throne of Glass because it’s not one of my posts without mentioning it. A non-fiction book? Harry Potter. I actually don’t read non-fiction, unless textbooks for school count lol. I guess the last one I read was on Michelle Obama in middle school (she’s one of my idols).
Very (way too) romantic book/Action book.
The closest I can get is Looking For Alaska, even Fangirl isn’t that romantic. I guess maybe A Court of Thorns and Roses, but it’s still very action-y. The Maze Runner, on the other hand, is nearly strictly action.
A book that made you happy/One that made you sad.
